Question: is the illness of my mother caused by my moon ruling over the 6th house of health and work
and is this saying true? Paulus' speech about moon in 6th?

The moon in your chart may show the state of your mother, but it does not cause the state.
Yes, your chart can show the status of your parents. It may be an indication of the type work that your mother does, or it may be no indicator at all.
In your chart, you have no afflictions to your moon, so the moon here is not indicative of your mother's health. BTW, 6th house after the 4th (mother) would be Mom's health (10th).
Tthe only angles you have to your moon is a trine to Venus and a sextile to Jupiter, both are benefic and the aspects are benefic as well!
Normally the moon represents "Change" in our charts, and the house she appears in shows the department where you are most likely to experience the greatest changes in your life. Here in your 6th (which could mean several things; work, health, attitude toward workers). Since the moon passed over pluto just before your birth, it shows how you make changes in this area, usually in silence, preceeded by withdrawal. A group may be involved but an important person will be missing. There is a preceeding confused period, and there is always re-adjustment required after your changes.

Oh, honey...you're not responsible for your mother's illness. If your mother doesn't feel well there can be many causes--from a physical ailment that came from a virus, a bacterial infection or some other germ she picked up, to perhaps a physical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or something else that runs in her family that she's not being treated for because she hasn't been checked by a doctor.
The placement of the moon in your horoscope has no effect on the health and well being of your mother. She needs to see a doctor if she's chronically ill. Don't blame yourself, sweetie....

YOUR natal chart has nothing to do with your mom. If you want to know about your mom, you need to look at HER natal chart. If you have the moon in your sixth house, it affects you, not her.
And the quote you mention above is only one interpretation of the Moon in the sixth house. If you google "moon in sixth house" you will come up with as many different interpretations as there are websites.
