Do you think chinese horoscope is a farse?!
Question: I think so because how can a entire segment of the population have more or less similar attributes just because they were born in the same year? I mean in my school, there's so much diversity in terms of characters yet we seem to have the same signs? Also, I'm a horse in chinese horoscope which is sort of rrelative to gemini in western horoscope. There's no way that I'm a gemini.

No evidence that ANY astrology system is valid. If you need a belief, how about this? Believe it's okay to want testable evidence before you commit to what maybe false. Believe in free thinking. Believe that you can take control of your own life.

Not really. My Chinese horoscope seems to actually hit things right on the money, more than the usual one. By the way, I was born in the year of the Monkey.

I agree with you that Chinese horoscope is not reliable for the reasons you mention . Like you I am a horse b ut in western astrology I am a Libra .

I think regular horoscopes are ridiculous to begin with because I think it's far fetched to think that all people born within a 30 day period are going to have the same happenings and everything else the same at the same time.
So imagine chinese now that takes it just ONE STEP FURTHER and lumps everybody born in the same year and gives them the same characteristics...lol.No thanks. I can't accept that one. I know too many people born in the same year as me, we don't have the same ambitions, feelings, goals, dreams, characteristics, or anything else for that matter.
