Why do you hate on Geminis if...?!
Question: How can you hate on the Gemini people if everyone is to some degree, "two-faced"? I mean you know it's true, most everyone says thing to people just to cater to their need to hear something pleasurable or otherwise satisfactory.
Or is it more than we are just an apparent basket of ambivalence? Do you think we Gemini are ..well, crazy?

First things first... you cant judge a person only by their sun sign, you can however denote certain behaviors that are equal amongst all geminis but not judge them... everyone can have different chart aspects in, per instance, mercury,... a taurus mercury will of course be more quiet and stable than a gemini mercury... and a cancer mercury could probably be more family based...
Now the Gems issue... first... you will never see dual personality in fixed signs, unless of course they have serious mutable aspects... per instance.. me... when i say something, i mean it, im not a white liar, im not a backstabber, im true to myself and others and i show off a persona that is ME, not what i cant be, or try to be... this is something most geminis are incampable of being/realizing... and they love to do it, as most of them enjoy playing with peoples minds and showing off something that they arent, why do you think they are the most betrayed sign (in a relationship) of the zodiac? simply because they show what they arent, or cant be, and their bfs/gfs mistake them a lot for "the best of their live"... geminis are not only trickersters as they are also easy to trick and they actually trick themselves... :o

Gemini = dual personality? Yes, why?... simple... im sure everyone here has had this problem... when you first meet a gemini, or any mutable sign by the way (virgos are the ones that less do that), they will act pretty nice towards you, may say.. "your the best friend i ever had" and "you rock" or whatever, but 5 minutes later (the time will depend of aspects, the way society sees you, it can variate from minutes to weeks, or even months, but it happens), on the front of other friends, their opinions diverge... they may bad talk about you, backstab you, take advantage of your trust in them, and pretty much, things, that you would never expect from a true friend... gemini= true friend? never... if thats a true friend why do i need enemies for? and lets not talk about geminis who want you to believe that they like you (for real)... :o
I can however understand to a certain degree that mutables act that way, because, if they dont, other friends (remember we are in a virgoan society (mutable), so badtalk about others is a nice thing, although i dont agree with that) wont like them, but then a question raises itself... what will happen when everyone finds out your a big fat liar? ... obviously geminis never think of that, because they think their acts are harmless... at least thats what they think... but what does really happen?...

Geminis are good for journalism and media... because they are good lying and talking and doing whatever envolves media :P
but they are not the only ones that have problems... a libra together with a gemini is even worst than a gemini... libras can be real "bitches"...
Are geminis crazy? honestly, i think virgos (they break the rules, believe their way is the only acceptable way) and leos (center of attention has to do crazy stuff to catch attention) are more crazy, but geminis arent bad in that term, they take forever to think on doing something crazy, unlikes leos, leos simply do it... thats their fix personna... give an aquarius to them to give them ideias and BOOM, perfect crazy person has been created... aquarius thinks, leo acts...
Sometimes dual personality is mistaken to a persons feelings diverging from what others may have initialy thought from that person (but in that case, its associated with risings and moons, not sun signs)
(i know thumbs down are coming, but my opinion counts no matter what a virgoan society may think, you will have to accept changes one way or the other... the aquarius age is coming and so is the leo society, (remember napoleon?, he was leo :) ) )

I know lots of Geminis and they are really the same! I dislike all Geminis who I know! They are egocentric cheeky bastards very annoying too childish and clownish very noisy and argumentative unstable in their minds and words false(but this is for all signs I think-more false than Geminis are Libras then Geminis and Pisces etc) jealous and revengeful persons good for 5 minutes but not for long time brrrrrrrr
Yes, everyone is two-faced on a certain level. I don't hate Gemini-signed people, just the ones that hurt me. I have some Gemini friends with whom I can get along. My ex bf is a Gemini. He is really a pain in the "you-know-what"! I don't even say "hi" to him :) My dad is also a Gemini, but he is a little left-handed. I don't hate the sign, but when I hear "Gemini", my ex bf pops in my mind and I seem to judge after him all Gemini-signed people in my subconscious. That would be a proper explanation :))
It really comes down to how you define "two-faced." There's the little white lie, like when someone asks "how are you" and you simply say "fine," or even if someone says "does this make me look fat" and you say "no"... But then there's two-faced like "You're my best friend and I think you're great" only to find out later that "I never liked listening to you and only put up with you because I hoped I would get in your pants." Or how about, "I want you to move across the country and be with me and meet my parents and my family," and then a month later, "I don't love you." Or how about "You're my soul-mate" and later you find out he's been cheating on you. Those are all TRUE situations involving 3 different Gemini men I've known. Here's a 4th Gemini example: someone who always seems to be a kind, considerate, loving, good single dad, hardworking, best friend, then turns out to be a lazy, inconsiderate, lying jerk who blows off his kid. Or a 5th: a seemingly hardworking, straight Gemini I knew for 7 years, turned out to be into pre-operative transsexuals and wild swinging, and was constantly getting fired from his jobs.
Gemini have this uncanny ability to maintain two (or 3 or 4) separate "lives" and personalities at the same time. They're not just 2-faced, they're two completely different people. And whereas other signs might occasionally be less than true, about certain things, for various reasons, Gemini RELISH keeping secrets from people and having parts of themselves you never know or see. It's a little game they play. They love games.
With all of that said, I still like Geminis, and (obviously, from the examples above) continue to make friends with them. I know how they are, now, and I've come to expect it, and I can enjoy (cautiously) how intelligent and fun they are.
I don't think that anyone can really hate a Gemini.
Why?
Because although some of them may be busily disturbing, noisy, and bullying everyone around them, they are also kind, loving, and really care. They are not selfish, neither abusive.
And about the two-faced thing, you are absolutely right. Many people say what they DON'T mean and do it maliciously. Not the Gemini; they just can't help exercising that brain on you, and see how far they can go and what they can get away with. There is no single malicious bone in them.
All in all Geminis are a joy to have around, and you have to love them as a 'package'. Try to overlook their stinger- tongues at times, and their very noisy existence and focus on their better hidden traits such as their love for family, willingness to lend you a hand, their courage, and witty advice and their sunny existence.
Afterall there are at least two people for every one of them.
No hating on Geminis from this Libra lady. I love Gems! But they are Air Signs. Air Signs can be fickle, flighty, and hard to pin down (just as air itself is hard to pin down). This can cause people to misunderstand Gemini. They want to think and are easily distracted by new stimuli. People will find this to be betrayal and "two-faced." That's not true. Gemini is just being their fun, mental, interesting self. I think once people realize Gemini (like all Air Signs) needs intellectual freedom, they'd understand more. But go find yourself other Air Signs (Libra and Aquarius). We'll understand your airy ways!!!

id never use someones sign to determine if i like them or not, i use someones sign as a guide to understand them better and know how to communicate with them better. far as geminis go i dont know if its 2 faced more of split personalities. they only let a few people see both sides but all in all they are some of the most loyal, fun, FUN, loving, generous, smart people you will come in contact with and i guess some people just cant handle all that in one person. those people are what can be defined as a "hater" LOL,

I am an Aries, and I am moody as heck. I have many Gemini friends, and their constant change is why we are friends. Plus they can actually carry conversation. Gemini's are more liberal in thinking.
Im Virgo and Gemini is our natural enemy, I dont wanna close minded, but 2 geminis broke my heart. What I cant stand with with them is their MODDINESS. It scares me alot to make an open conversation with gemini's. I agree not only geminis are double faced, how bout libran? The way they judging everything for everyone's happiness, do u think not coated with sugarry lies? I still open minded until I find nice gemini, oddly Gemini attracts my eyes quickly, cuz they are soo interesting or have abundance sex-appeal ;)
It depends if you choose to accept the labeling, stereotyping and pigeon-holing that astrology excels in.
The people in this section can not make up their minds if astrology is for "fun" or to be taken seriously. There is no evidence that birth-date determines personality. Do people born in late June to early July mind being call two-faced? Because you are a Gemini you are most likely to be a liar so you can't be trusted? Or change moods as easy as one flicks a switch?
Astrology can and has been tested. It fails to do better than chance. Don't let a ancient, made-up, bigoted, and unproven concept be used against you.
