cancer is the ruler of moon while moon is in its fall position in scorpio.
cancer can use its intuition and emotions in a more positive manner, through family, love, and motherly loves. cancer and the moon allows the individual to work well with their emotions, and if you have aspects which are conjunct/sextile/trine with other planets and signs, it only increases the strength of your placement.

well the moon feels at home in cancer where as the scoprio moon is in its fall.. cancer moons can comfort themselves where as scorpio moons get angrier/sadder the more they think. scorpio is the sign of extremes so i'll definitely say it's emotionally harder having a scorpio moon.
i think cancer moon would make a wrong choice during emotional duress... scorpio moon is stronger.
