Capricorn and Libra are both Cardinal signs- they both like to take the initiative. The main problem is that Libra is air and Cap is earth.
This means Libra is intellectual and sophisticated while Capricorn is practical and grounded.

Well, I have to let you in on a little secret, here. Most horiscopes aren't accurate nowadays, because Earth's alignment. I believe in the next 26000 years or so the North star won't be the same North star it is today. Given the way things have evolved, the horiscopes are actually about a month off.... at least according to my astronomy teacher!
