i have a family member that was born on the 29th and we just do their birthday on the 28th.
but i know some ppl chose to have their birthday on march 1st.

I'd celebrate my brithday on the 28th or March 1. I think it would be neat to be a Leap Year baby. There was a kid in my grade born 2/29/84. He will be '6' soon, lol.

i would say you celebrate on the 28 or the first of march. that's it. But I hate that day it ruined my birthday now my birthday(mar.24) in on a monday. My cousin just missed leap year by an hour
You only get a birthday every four years. It will take you forever to age.
