If you've got an emergency, you want someone with a cool head, so I'd agree with you, or reverse the order and say Cap sun/Aqua moon. I wouldn't agree with the merc in Gemini, though, might fluster the person. Depends what kind of emergency too, I guess. Aw, geez, I can't choose for the mercury sign. Oh, well.

EDIT: So then I suppose you'd want a mercury in Leo, right blind existence?

    theyre both wise and both ruled by Saturn.
    they would look at the situation in a practical manner, they would always remain calm and think ahead.

    and aquarius are always good with coming up with ideas
    with caps calmness and problem solving skills this would be a good combo.

    mercury could be Scorpio, gemini mercury are good thinkers but i dont think theyre cut out for the job, you need someone who likes to be in control, smart and aware of his sorroundings.
