juno conjuct neptune: neptune is the planet of "illusions" and juno represents who we really need and want (and end up with most of the time) in a romantic relationship. so, you may see where i'm going with this.
you may tend to fall for someone because in some way(s) you feel sorry for them. but, this is NOT the wise decision, because you will get tired of feeling sorry. with this, you may be prone to marrying those who, well, how can i put this?....need professional help. this is a tough aspect, as you will deny these feeling, but in the long run, you will understand what is true. the lesson here is to learn that marriage is not about "saving" someone, but instead about two people completing each other. how can you be complete if you are constantly giving of yourself?
i wish i could say something positive, but sorry, there's not much good about this aspect until you can learn it's lesson. however, if and when you do learn, relationships will be much more fun for you.

Capricorn is an Earth sign. Neptune is the planet of mystery & secrets. Unfortunately I don't know much about Juno since that came into use in astrology after I had stopped doing charts. At any rate, a conjunction occurs when 2 planetary objects are 6 degrees apart or closer in the sky (from our viewpoint on earth).
