How would you explain a chart with saturn and pluto conjunct MC in the 10th conj!

ok i think i see. your saturn and pluto degrees are higher than your mc's degrees, but your venus is lower, right? for ex. say your mc is at 23 degrees, your venus's degrees are lower than 23 and your saturn and plutos' degrees are higher than 23, correct?
well, i do something called the "midheaven extension process" which was developed by Noel Tyl, a very well-known and well-respected astrologer, and it basically helps to determine the career field best for the person based on what the process gathers from the chart. and let me say, just from hearing that, i'd say that's quite a statement. i mean, venus rules and conjucts the mc! powerful statement of artistic ability. but, i'd need to see the whole chart because there must be another routing.

The part i don't get is conjuncting sun in the 9th ..... Is sun conj the cusp of the 9th house or, is it in 9th close to MC applying to a conjunction.??????
