Any Libra have different traits by way they were raised. I have known women who were total jerks and others that could not have been so charming and loving. So it depends on how you were raised. How your parents attitude.

yes, my best friend is a libra and she has the most amazing personality. im an aquarius so our compatitibility has something to do with that maybe, but she is definately charming and is adored by men because of her out-going nature. she's the best!

depends on who they're charming. have a couple of libra lady friends, they can be natural charmers by the blessed beauty they possess (id say, libran natives are one of the prettiest or even most beautiful of the 12 signs) and the way they carry and project themselves in a crowd or public, it gets strangers enganged to them even by the first meeting. maybe its the sparkles in their eyes, and the bright smiles. idk, lol. however, for a cancer like me, who prefer to not seek at only face value, honestly, their 'charm' seems to deteriorate when on a one to one basis, it wears off soon enough. too many ifs and buts and one or two conclusions, sometimes, none. good friends though. probly another air sign like gemini and aquarius would find them charming, and charming for a longer, lasting time.
