first of all, it is important to take into consideration the year when you were born. maybe even the place too! some years, Capricorn ends on the 19th, and some years it will end on the 20th.
in your situation, though, its hard.....you aren't sure of the time and you might have been born in a year when Aquarius began on the 20th! if you were indeed born in a year when Aquarius began on the 20th, and im sure you'll never know your exact birth time, then i guess you should take your pick between the 2 signs!! so, Capricorn or Aquarius??
