Ok...I'm a gemini & one of my closest friends is a virgo and even though we get along great now (despite our differences) we laugh at how we first started. She was a bit like you...stayed home a lot, but would always talk about going out, having fun, ect... Well, here's me that if you say something I do it. So she got free one night & I made sure i went out with her. We weren't exactly buddies than we were co-workers. So she loved to sing (I can't carry a tune, but i dance) so I took her to a Kareoke bar, started teaching her how to move her hips (she's better now), wanted her to meet a guy & get highlights but she wouldn't do that right away....but hey now were best friends, she's with a hottie 10yrs younger (which they have a sex life that I'm even jealous of sometimes...lol) & has made a lot of friends from the bar (who sing) that she hangs with. Matter of fact last October they all went on a cruise together.....so i think that's great. Now she actually gets me out sometimes when I want to hibernate. So I would suggest you find just one person (friend, co-worker, someone) to go out with & hang out...it doesn't have to be a bar (that's just where they could sing) it could be bowling, a popular pizza place where you just go reguarly so you can just get to know regular people.......open yourself up, laugh, don't sit with arms crossed, keep your head up, body laugage makes a difference. I do just about everything at least once...I'm very outgoing, i go dancing (you can take lessons if you like dancing like salsa is great), concerts, conventions out of town (hey you meet people), my friends are nuts they have wine tasting parties, anything that involves people.....well i know i went on & on but good luck & hope i helped .....let me know how it goes!!!
Well my Daughter is a Gemini and she is very selfish, her Husband is Taurus and he is as stubborn as a mule, and sulks a lot.How they manage to stay together is a miracle, but they have no children so I think that makes them like they are. I dont blame them for that, as they both are really wrapped up in each other and they have been married now for twenty five years.
I am a Gemini and my current boyfriend is a Sagittarius. We get along very well, have an incredible open line of communication, and are really compatable sexually. It is so far turning out to be a wonderful match.
We like to be homebodies together watching movies and doing work around the house. We spend time with my daughter and our doggies (2 Miniature Pinschers and an adopted Greyhound). Don't worry. I've got Stellium in Sag. and I've been known to stay inside for days or even weeks at a time. What do I do when I'm not being a hermit? It goes to two extremes most of the time. Either I'm at home, watching TV or out doing errands (because I HAVE to) or I'm on the next plane to Japan, exploring things. But if you'd like something a little more local, check out the night life. Visit a swanky modern museum. Bring an exciting friend, and stop sulking so much. Even watching paint dry can be entertaining if you have the right people around.
