The sign which each houses fall into doesn't really color the natal chart as much as other factors such as planetary positions, aspects, ruling planets, exaltations etc.. I'm yet to find any source that eloquently explains each sign meaning for each house. It's kind of assumed that if you are interested with such interpretation; you must already be familiar enough with each sign and house meaning that you can easily derive an idea in your mind what the combination might mean.
Try this simple chart and combine that with your knowledge of sun signs.

Do you have planets in Pisces in the 9th house? If so, what are they? Where is your Moon and in what sign? Or are you saying that you have Pisces on the 9th house cusp? Pisces on the 9th house cusp should give you a Cancer rising sign unless you have intercepted signs...
