Try www.cafeastrology.com or www.alabe.com there both free but I like alabe better.
astro.com and chaosastrology.com are good at drawing up charts, but i think neither are good at aspects. you'll have to go to books for that. books really are the best, esp. by robert hand, noel tyl, stephanie jean clement, and steven forest.
