Please help me figure out the houses.?!

Question: According to this site, forecast for Sag says that transiting Uranus is in house 4 for Sag:

Only if you have Sagittarius on the Ascendant or Rising Sign. When there is a write up of the transiting planetary positions, by default, they use the Sun sign as being on the first house cusp--which is the horizon. Today the planet Uranus is around 15 degrees Pisces. So, you would have to look at your natal chart to see what house Uranus is actually transiting.

I imagine that both houses (Uranus in 12th according to my birth chart and Uranus in 4th because I am a Sag) influence me? Otherwise, the general forecast for Sag then would be meaningless, would it not? Surely it has some influence since I am a Sag, does it not? :-) Report It
