Hi, about your question..It is hard to give accurate reading, not knowing the sun sign. Yet, your moon defines your your underlying character and your personality - more so your "moods" (people in general think it is the Sun Sign that foretells this, yet that is a myth)
Virgo's in general are "perfectionists', they can be a bit "anal" at times - always thinking that they are "right" ie.."my way or the highway"
And since we are talking of thier "MOON" being in Virgo and thier personalities, (here is a example) They can be quite "generous" - ie..buying presents, dinner and ect..Now the down fall to this is, unfortunately more-so than the "giving", it is the "praise" that they are seeking. They tend to be a bit "selfish" and in extreme cases - many can be "Indian Givers", taking back a present or ect.
