I'm not much of a fan but my b/f is and I can hear it when it is on so it will be short answers but I'll try to answer as best as I can, ok? just for fun.....
Sun would have to be; Gemini- cos he's very talkative-can't shut-up, clever, never wrong and always blaming, always sounds whiny haha- no offense cos if I remember correctly but could be wrong but me thinks you are a Gem also- don't worry, so is my b/f, LOL. that's why I said that.)
Moon would be; Libra, I guess cos he thinks he's charming, likable, lovable and all-that, haha.
Venus would be; Taurus for unknown reasons besides the fact that he's seems clingy, lazy, acts sensual, somewat possessive of lois but not the kids, stubborn and opinionated.
Rising would prob be; Leo cos he acts like his home is his domain and he is the king of his castle, somtimes arrogant, alil vain when he's in the mood to be, lovable, friendly, social- I guess, funny, and thinks he knows -it-all.
And lil stewie's sign would have to be Scorpio- just a guess, haha. <---- he is so cute....
