He seperates signs into I think it's three sub-groups (I'm a Pisces I, by the way haha) and it gives more specific insight into the Pisces that you are. please dont follow astrology they tell u things that describes u and a million other people. its all fake and the worst is tarot cards. this is coming from a person that used to believe in that stuff heavy. i'm assuming that it means you're in the third decanate of pisces.
each sign is divided into three decans, which is also ruled by different planets. for example, the first decan of pisces is ruled by pisces and neptune, the second is ruled by cancer and moon, and the third by scorpio and pluto along with the bigger influence of pisces.
thus, having pisces iii means that you fall under the last category explained, pisces with scorpio decan. this is a good thing because it gives you that extra sexiness (associated with scorpio), as well as the ability to be less wishy-washy (which is a pisces trait as a mutual sign). the scorpio decan would give you a more firm stance.
