Do you believe that everyone has a soul mate?!

I doubt that you have met a soul mate - rather a partner, hopefully for life. Congratulations x
Most think that a soul mate is a lover, someone whom we can rely on to fill the void, replenish our energies with love & trust. Soul Mates in spiritual terms fall into two categories.
1 - In its true sense a soul mate would be an aspect of your own higher self, which can split off into may personalities at once. These individuals have the same core as yourself. In this reference of a soul mate it is rare to meet one, unless for higher reasons. A meeting would result in both wishing to evolve into each other, to become one. Nothing would progress & energy could implode = destruction of one or both.
So soul mates meeting usually repel each other, it is not always a harmonious meeting & is usually to clear energy, painfully as attraction is usually strong. Be careful what you wish for !!
2 - The other description of a true soul mate in spiritual terms requires that we are all part of a spiritual race - therefore all connected. Therefor all have linked karma & baggage. We travel through incarnations within the same spiritual groups until links are undone, so we often meet, or are even born into relationships with soul mates.
Relationship taken from this angle can be destructive, difficult, make us feel powerless as past energy is worked through. These relationships can also be filled with immense love & satisfaction as u know that u belong.
How many times have u met another, regardless of sex, & as soon as you have met you have parted. No animosity, energy was exchanged, you aiding them or visa versa & a few week down the line, the energy dies & you part?

Not just one but many. I think there are a lot of potential soul mates out there. Not a lot percantage wise. Probably something like 0.000000001% of the world, but that is still alot of people.

well... not necessarily. for example, if that were true, then how do you explain the high rate of divorce? sure, there are societal reasons and such, but people get married thinking that they've found "the one," then 2, 3 years later, they're fighting like cats and dogs heading straight for divorce court.
i would certainly like to believe that i have soul mate out there somewhere, but with the human population at some billion, what's the chance that i'll find "the one"? what's the chance that i'll even encounter "the one"? hm... very small, i think...

Stability within yourself will draw your "soulmate" to you. It's about being confident * loving yourself, being with YOU.
Once you establish that, then anything is possible with anyone who attracts to you. Some people "wait" for the so called, "right one" but my belief is that your positive energy will attract the one who is right for you & then you can validate eachother's spirits into a long lasting love/friendship. The key to attracting your "soulmate" is to believe in yourself! :) Good luck..

I Think so, There Is 1 Person For Everyone, But i don't know anymore, The principles of marriage are dying today. Its hard to be with somebody without the urge to cheat. But if couples work it out, then it could be accomplish!!
I Like it when i see old couples still hold hands after some 50 yrs of marriage!! that right there should be proof, that is possible!!!

In my point of view this term is way overused.
What is a soulmate exactly ??? the only compatible person on earth for you ??
Think about it : how many people have used that term, divorced, got widowed and remarried again.
I think we might have quite a few running around actually; and if the purpose if for overall growth ...a soulmate might NOT be that compatible....who knows ?

i have found my soulmate too many times...lol ....but i do think everyone has a soulmate.
its hard to comprehend that there is only one single person on this earth that you are meant to be with i mean what if your soul mate is in Europe and you never go there and they never come here are you just out of luck and end up settling?
who knows, however i do think the universe puts you in the exact place your supposed to be at the exact time your supposed to be there, and when you meet someone whom you have that greater connection with, your drawn together like a unseen force pulling you.
that feeling is one you just know, it is quite unmistakable. life changing really, anyone in the presence of two people meeting for the first time with that connection will see it without you ever saying a word.
i think everyone gets a few "specialer than the others" people they get that greater connection with. and i think theres two types...
the ones that make the time seem to fly by when your with them, and the ones that make time feel like it is standing still.

Everyone has a soulmate. Whether or not you will achieve the spiritual level to become involved with them or not is another story.
Yes I do. I currently haven't found mines yet, but I also have this theory (me and my best guy friend came up with) that maybe we both knew each other in a past life, like we're soul brother and soul sister. We have some interesting and fun conversations about that.lol. Like we are so alike, yet so compatible as friends and we get each other and we understand what the other is talking about when others don't, and most times we have the same thought at the same exact moment. It's CRAZY! lol. We've talked about..."do u think maybe we knew each other in another life time?" That'd be so crazy if we did. :P It's just a theory though, I don't know how we would PROVE IT. I also have this other theory that the friends and family (all the people we are usually around) are from past lives...that maybe we just keep repeating it till we either get it "right" or we just try different things, thoughts and ideas in each. Again...it's just another theory, no way to prove it. Kinda like how it was in the movie, "What Dreams May Come" with Robin Williams and Cuba Gooding Jr. it was like the four of them were a soul family... maybe.
Also, with the friends that I can connect with on a deeper level, we kind of feel like we'd really be or maybe have been friends forever...soul friends perhaps...just another one of my theories... LOL. :P
But I love it. If only I can find a guy that's like that and I'm attracted to. Then, I can say that I've found my soul mate. :)
I think every one has a soulmate, but I do think people rarely find their soulmate. Most people tend to settle with who seems to be the right person AT THE RIGHT TIME.
