Why is it that just because your happy and act dippy sometimes people don't !

Question: people respect you more. the only problem is when your mean your not happy inside.

i think, if u just act happy be urself and feell happy, then who cares about making others respect u and making them feel happy. people are attracted to you if u like urself so thats all u need to do. [like urself so others can like u] same goes for respect. if ur a negative person and u 'think' ur not good enough for him/her/whoeverrr.. then ur not. just be positive and positve ppl will come ur way and like you. no one wants to be around sum crumpy, angry monster lol or sombody who isnt themselfs or acts insecure every 1 shud luv who they are..

i wouldn't feel so bad. once someone sees me as mean, they like me, but thats why i said "it doesn't make me happy inside." it makes me happy to be happy.
the only problem is people judge u. Report It

  • Just be yourself, make yourself happy inside, and ignore those negative, angry people....

People respect those others who don't put up with their sh*t. Just because you're perceiving it as mean doesn't mean it is. Maybe they're just strong and repel other people's sh*t. Peopole don't like people who "act" happy just to get others to think they're "nice and sweet". Keep it real.

    I hear ya.

I get what you mean; my friends say they prefer my "deep" side. But hey, I like being happy so I'm happy most of the time. I find that it's infectious as long as I'm not bothering people.

I can be both, but like you said, when most of us are mean, we're not happy.

And I can't really answer your question fully. All I know is that I treat people better than I treat myself sometimes. It's the compassionate and give-them-the-benefit-of-the-doubt traits I've had for a long time now. ?
