The only true uniqueness everyone has is DNA. You will have this if you are premature, late or on time. One third of births in the U.S. are by induced labor or c-sections. When it comes to twins and c-sections, the doctor is going to remove the easiest twin first.
Since modern science can freeze embryos this can be extended to five years, but the DNA is still the same. So science trumps astrology again.
Some births in large cities hospitals result in "time twins", same time and location different parents. Reseach has been done on this. (see link)No surprise that they do not have similar personalities.
Astrologers emphasize the importance of the positions of the sun, moon, planets, etc., at the time of birth. However, the birthing process isn’t instantaneous. There is no single moment that a person is born. The fact that some official somewhere writes down a time of birth is irrelevant. Do they pick the moment the water breaks? The moment the first dilation occurs? When the first hair or toenail peeks through? When the last toenail or hair passes the last millimeter of the vagina? When the umbilical cord is cut? When the first breath is taken? Or does birth occur at the moment a physician or nurse looks at a clock to note the time of birth?
Edit: If we have free will, there is no reason to accept the irrational concept of astrology.

no indentical twins won't always have the same day. astrology is not about "fate" but instead it is about "potential". we still have our free will. if one twin decides to do something that doesn't mean the other will. and also, there have been "astrological" studies done on the significance of twins, triplets, etc. it's a bit interesting because almost always there are strong influences in the charts indicating "independence" or "creativity", meaning that although the "potential" of the children is very similiar, the actual "doing" of something is quite different. they are different, and they act different.
Because you have different experiences. Astrology doesn't determine the experiences you will have, but it can tell about your personality.
Twins divide up the aspects in a birth chart.
Usually with twins (even identical), it turns out that they end up being different.
One is usually strong-willed and healthy.
The other soft-natured with more health problems.
This is because they divide up aspects of their horoscope. It's sort of the yin yang principle at work.
Studying twins is fascinating as an astrologer, because it really tests the truths and myths of astrology.
