Maybe he's just not that interested in you and doesn't really consider you to be a friend.
I'm also a Taurus, and I don't really like people that much. Tauruses tend to be gay, so if your trying to get him to like you like that...
i know a lot of taurus guys and you can take this for what its worth, they all are big communicators calling/texting ect. but i have seen ignore calls from people who called too much, or they just didnt wanna talk to. never from someone they cared a lot about though.
