EDIT: Not to be contrary, Cindy Loo, but it really does just mean that the moon is in Cancer right now. That's all.
It means that the Moon is currently in Cancer. As the Moon governs our emotional side and Cancer rules the home, people may be more concerned about family matters and the health of loved ones over this period.
