I'm a Libra and about as elegant as a bucket of pig swill. It's ridiculous to think 1/12 of the world's population are all going to share a characteristic just because they were born in a particular month.

Yeah I guess I know 3 libran women and all are fashion concious and all carry themselves gracefully. All are girly/womanly and are never vulgar.

whatever fireball226 said. also, not all libras are elegant, some don't even know how to dress right. but i find the few librans that are not obssessed with their looks comfortable to be with. they are different from their typical libra counterparts.
