Yes, they just usually command respect in their way of being and in their words and actions. I have scorpio rising, and people are always drawn to me and influence by every teensy little thing I do. It gets annoying sometimes, but that's just the way it is for scorpios.

In the way some will act, they might just have a strong affect on others,.. Maybe something to do with the Scorpio need for a balance of ego, rather than just being overly egotistical.

Sometimes. I've met a few Scorpios who are so withdrawn and defensive about their secrets that they intentionally or unintentionally turn off the charm.
Influential , magnetic and insecure..thats why you see so many talking good to feel better here.. There are magnetic people in other signs too..just showing list of good people in one sign doesnt mean there are no better people in other signs..and oh yeah jealousy is a trait of scorpios dont put it on others! The thumbs down by people is because of your naive list.
Edit: Hahaha that scorpio girl with her naive list deleted her answer after giving me thumbs down( i assume with her many fake accounts : watch her best answers : they get ton of votes although the answer makes no sense) :) Its funny to see them run after trivial things trying to prove their better and always worrying about what others think(insecure). I'm allergic to shallow scorpios (trust me on that..i know them inside out)
