Pisces may get along alright - Aries is 2nd to Pisces. Aries will only find Pisces irksome - wasteful: the 12th house indicates loss..... Pisces is 12th to Aries. But if other compatibilities work out well, like ascendant, Moon, etc. then it is alright......as another answerer has said.
