Question: can you explain why a gemini (venus in taurus) would always somehow be attracted to water signs of the opposite sex?(mostly scorpios, sometimes picseans, and the occasional cancer - actually married then separated from one)

Gemini's are always hard to pin down themselves because of their dual nature. If you have Venus in Taurus than your 'love' (and beauty) planet is in the opposite sign of Scorpio. "Opposites attract".
