In one of my responses yesterday I used the term Water Bearer. It is the title of Aquarius. I am a visual person so bear with me here. In the Thoth tarot cards that I use most it is represented by the Star card you can find an image and discription of it here:http://www.rahoorkhuit.net/library/home....
The idea is this the Aquarius sign is the fixed Air sign. It means that is the balancer between Libra and Gemini. Air is traditionally the sign of thought and the mind. The image on the Star card is of a woman pouring water from the heavens to Earth below and the title is the dweller between the waters. She is literally watering the earth with all of the good energies of the heavens. Aquarius is ruled by Saturn and is exalted (shows best) in Neptune. Saturn is traditionally associated with winter and preparations necessary for spring and rebirth. Neptune while not one of the ancient 7 is associated with water and the seas. So you can look at February as a time when the Earth is taking on lots of rain (at least in my part of the world) and will be turning that into lovely spring flowers. I hope that helps!
