Are you more quiet and reserved than most scorpios? I'm a shy libra and I attribute that to my pisces moon. Not sure what a leo rising signifies though.. I also have the same rising sign.
One's rising sign is how one's personality is initially perceived. You have Leo rising, so you're probably pretty easy-going and fun to be around. It's only people that know you realize you're probably more of a quiet, reserved person when you're not in a social setting.
