It is hard for some Aquarius to say "I Love You" because they are not that emotional. They do not like to show what they are feeling.

I do believe in astrology, but I don't think it has to do with being an Aquarius as to why you can't say "I Love You".
Well I'm an Aquarius and I find it hard sometimes to say I love you, but its only because I'm afraid that they don't love me back or its silly that they would love me. But I find that I really don't have a lot in common in the things an "Aquarius" is... I'm more of a Cancer lol. But I think its just mostly fear that keeps Aquarius from saying, "I love, you"

I'm an aquarius and I deffinately know what you're thinking. I'm so emotionally detatched that I can't say "I love you" and I don't show affection at all.
