What I see with rising signs is that this is how others perceive you. For example, although you're a stubborn, persistant, sensual Taurus, people see you as a bold, fiery, egotistical Leo. You probably attract a lot of Fire Signs, maybe even a few Air Signs (which probably all drive you crazy).
My Sun Sign-Rising Sign combination is just as baffling. People see me as a hard-working, introverted, boring Capricorn (that's my rising sign), but as they get to know me, see that I'm a diplomatic, charming, self-indulgent Libra (my sun sign). I also find myself attracting a lot of Taurus and Virgo men, due to this, though my most successful relationships have been with Air and Fire Signs.
I have not heard of rising sun sign......It is sun sign which goes by solar calendar and other one is moon sign....If you are born between 21April to 20May you are a Taurean by sun sign and for moon sign you need to consult an astrologer.
