Bipolar disorder is a chemical imbalance that is possibly hereditary.
The two are not linked in any way.
But just for fun, we'll say that Scorpios are much more inclined to have bipolar disorder. There is no truth in astrology...it is just a recreational game.

My son-in-law is a Virgo. We all would swear that he's bi-polar. I did a simple chart on him......Guess what??....He's Gemini Rising! Describes the mood swings.
