We are currently experiencing Mercury Retrograde now (Jan 28 - Feb 18) and as a Mercury-ruled native (Gemini), you are prone to more introspection, indecision etc. Mercury rules the intellectual realm, and natives have a tendency to be tense and nervous during this period. Communication will come to a standstill, one way or another, no doubt about it.
Take time out to focus on yourself and inner needs, and clean up any unresolved issues from the past - in other words, focus on the Res: re-think, re-evaluate, re-peat etc. Don't initaite or start new projects during this period as well, as it is a time to turn inwards instead of channeling your energies outwards.
There're just 2 more weeks to go so hang in there. A fair bit of precaution as well... the next Mercury Retrograde happens again just before your birthday (26 May) so do be prepared for another crazy merry-go-round in a few months time.

Have you heard about the so called end of the world on Dec 21, 2012? It is really just the end of an age. There is speculation that our current way of life will change drastically. The reason for my mentioning all this is because on Dec 2012 there will be an alignment of the planets that hasn't happened for the past 52,000 years and the Earth will be aligned with the center of our galaxy, and planets, and Earth will wobble on its axis. These are facts. Don't be frightened, but the whole process is taking place right now. I'm not nuts, these were all spelled out on a history channel production last week. This might explain what you feel.
