No because your moon sign rules your emotions and you ascendant is how you appear to other.you should read the meaning of your asc and your moon sign,not the sun signs.taureans may be dull sometimes very hardheaded,but the person with the taurus moon,will more than likely speak and or sing very well,and exhibiting those qualities to the world will cause them to be emotionally motivated to share those gifts.Also,my rising sign is the same as my sun sign,but i still do not show the powerful qualities of those signs,the horoscope goes further than the rising sign,moon sign and the asc.i hope this helps!
