in terms of raw, unchanged or uncultivated energy, i'd have to say that the second would be a better match. the water will be more harmonious; there is a natural understanding of one another. also, you don't know the 1st ones rising, which is going to be oh-so vital in compatibility. you should have a synastry or composite chart done though. that is much more accurate as well as detailed; it takes things, individualizes them, then tells you what each thing means and why.
