Could you please help me that i dont know my birth time exactly please advice me!
Question: There are a couple of options. Not all countries use birth certificates with registered times on them. That seems to be more of a Western thing. Most of the world assumes that if you are here you were born.
With that said, you might want to ask a family member who was there what time of day it was. Moms often have a clear recollection.
If you were adopted or other issues prevent you from asking. Get as much as you can and you can work with it from there.

call the hospital where u wer born at
First see if you have the long form of your birth certificate. That one has the time on it. If not, you can write or call the Bureau of Vital Records and Statistics in the city you were born and ask what they require to get a copy. .
