I would say Taurus, Pisces, and Gemini.
Taurus is the sign of bodily pleasures and indulgence so they will sometimes indulge in drugs and alcohol too.
Pisces is prone to depression and will sometimes use alcohol or drugs to try to escape.
And Gemini is the sign of the twins, always trying to keep both heads entertained, they will try anything once. Sometimes this includes drugs and alcohol and they can become addicted fast.
But it's true that any of the signs can become addicted to drugs. But those are my general pick for who might be more suseptable to them.

I'm a geminii. And I" get addicted to stuff fast and then get bored and get addicted to something else! XD
That's weird, cuz I don't know ANY geminis on drugs or drinking or addicted to anything for that matter. We get bored too fast to be addicted. I'd say the water signs and taurus have the highest addiction rate.

i think geminis get addicted and then stay addicted, at least every one I know. it doesn't have to be bad stuff always, it could be anything
In my experience, I have obsereved Capricorn born are becoming addict..
definitely pisces, because they tend to be very very depressed all the time (no i dont have a grudge against them) and so they usually often resort to drugs or drinking because they want to escape life. they get addicted to things very easily whether they are drugs or drinking... dangerous things
i would have to say cancer because of their tendancy to become victims of habit. the other water signs may have a high addiction rate simply because they live off of feelings and drugs will make them feel a certain way. the earth signs have too much self control to become addicted, and the air signs jump from one thing to the next so they may easily become bored with their addiction
