If Neptune is heavy in your chart, you tend to romanticize Pisces guys. Your venus shows that you appreciate beauty and are at heart soft and gentle. Your double sun and moon in scorpio gives you an unravelled intensity, but a fortunate thing is that your self and emotions are in sync - not blocked. I would do great with you. I am a Leo and we are a universal sign, but better still would be a water sign person. A Cancerian or a Piscean who is ambitious would be good for you.
