first you need to know the exact time you where born and where.

You can google birth charts and the one from astrology.com is really easy to read, but you have to go through two pages where they try to get you to sign up for stuff, just click next and then skip and it'll say free bonus wheel and it'll show you where each planet is (houses and signs).
There is also www.0800-horoscope.com which gives you a computerized reading which is OK, but the chart is a bit harder to read at the bottom, it doesn't include degrees, but shows everything really accurately (like the sizes of the houses and such).
And like the first commenter said, you need your EXACT birth time (or the Moon sign, Rising sign and aspects will be incorrect) and the city you were born in.
