Sorry to tell you, but Capricorns in general are very hard to get to know. You really have to be patient with them and make them trust you, so that they can be comfortable with expressing their feelings to you. We don't let our guards down easily, unless we know it's safe to do so. Capricorns don't like to risk getting hurt. We don't like being force to do things if we don't have time to think about it.
I would just simply be direct and ask him, not saying that you'd actually get the answer though, but capricorns do appreciate straightforwardness. Capricorns do not express their feelings easily, especially verbally, so I would suggest you pay close attention to the way he treats you, we are more action than verbal...at least I know I am.
