Hi Franky, I took a look at the chart and noticed that it was calculated for 12 noon. 12 noon is the default time used in Astrology when the person doesn't know what time they were born. Unfortunately, the exact time of your birth is necessary to determine your rising sign.........
Go to that same site, and check out your Free Personal Portrait. It should tell you.
