The question, do I seriously believe in horoscopes? No. I believe in fate, unpredictability, and coincidences. Do I think horoscopes are fun and interesting to read? Yeah, the predictions may be off, but it actually gives you motivation and ideas to do something significant with your life.
If your horoscope says your career will be sky high, maybe it will be--it won't be because of a horoscope, it'll be because you worked at it...or you're just that gosh darned lucky!
If your horscope says something bad will happen, don't let it bring you down, its just a ploy to "toughen" you up!
So fact or fiction? Up to you.

Horoscope articles in mags are written by people who dont have a clue for $$ the real horoscopes..like chinese horoscopes you should read ..I havnt met anybody who didnt relate to their sign
I'm Pisces too. I don't believe a single crap about horoscope they just gimme inspirations but that's just about it.
I personaly think it's all rubbish and that it should just be ignored, probably get a few thumbs down but I don't really care, it's my opinion.

However, I do believe that all astrological signs have and carry certain personality and character traits.
no. i'm an aires and my horoscope is like " people love you for your sexy smile" and "on apirl 2 you'll get a vist from a unkown crush" and when it cames around to apirl second it's just bull **** i hate horoscopes!

I can explain it, they're all a crock of ****. A lot of those "star sign" columns or whatever, use vague or general statements and pronounce them as a factual occurance that will happen in your life. When you break them down, they really don't say anything substantial at all. I'm sure there are plenty of strange, beautiful and wonderful things going on in your life, don't look into a magazine for them to tell you when they're coming just be happy when they do.
no... they are just predictions of some people..
.even though there are some which what they say comes true..there are some peolpe which makes fun of it.

I have some possibilities
1) You can either follow your horoscope or not. It is an individual choice.
2) Read a longer horoscope. You'll find something in it that comes true, and no matter how much doesn't come true, the part that does will stand out.
3) Some horoscope writers are not so good at coming up with good things that sound specific, but are actually pretty general.
I tend to read my horoscope to get advice on how to spend my day. They are usually right whenever they say "You really need to check your financial situation" because they say that about once per month.
I don't think there is anything magic about it, but there are some patterns of human motivation and activity which are easily influenced by words, and cycles of planets in the solar system have sufficient complexity to be interpreted into words; quite often with some clarity.
yes i do, not the silly daily ones but i believe your horoscope does make you like that personality.
WATER signs are soft and emotional, most men are macho and hard ,but you guarantee if you meet a water sign man they are more gentler than others
Air signs are thinkers ,and think with there mind ,whats best all round in a situation rather than feeling with the heart.
SO YES as in horoscopes making people act a certain way ,but NO not for predictions.
pisces are the hardest to nail down.Good sense of humor and flightly but in a good way,as long as they don't let the world weight them down.
