Born On A Cusp?!
Question: If a person, born on a cusp, was born under one astrological sign but believed they were born under a different sign, would that cause confusion in his/her life?
Do people make decisions based on their signs? If they found out they were wrong about their signs, would they change aspects of their lives?
I hope I'm being clear...say for example I was born on October 23. Depending on the place and time of birth, I could be a Libra or a Scorpio. Would a Scorpio who believed herself to be a Libra make decisions about her life that she otherwise would not make if she knew she was a Scorpio?

You should never make a decision based off of your Sun sign. There are many factors in a birth chart that affect you. And you should never make a decision based off of astrology alone.
Astrology is a helpful tool that has great insight on why you are the way you are and how to combat "negative" influences in your life and how to work on "negative" traits.
I'm sure if someone was trying to follow advice based on a sign that didn't have anything to do with them that it could cause trouble just as much as someone who bases what they do on one thing instead of all the factors in their life.
I'm born on a cusp. My birthday is Nov 21, the last day of Scorpio. I don't really have the same problem as you described because Sag is my rising sign. Also the more I go through life the more I see how Scorpionic I am on the inside. I think for those who are born on a cusp and are torn, I think the best thing to do is read on both and decide for yourselves if you're more one sign or the other. It's not like if you say you're one sign its written in stone and that's it.
Everyone is different..and you should never make decisions about your life based on your astrological sign...you have to choose what you want, not what your sign says you should do!
First off there is NO such thing as being born on a cusp.
I know plenty of people are aren't educated on this subject and they tend to get off on the certain traits of a sign.
What I'm saying is if a person got a piece of paper and typed the same traits on it such as.. loyal, communicative, brave, attractive, smart and someone asked them to raise their hands if they felt the description fit them..
I would put money on it that 95% of them would raise their hands not knowing everyone had the same paper.

Go to www.astro.com and type in your accurate birth time.
They will tell you what sign you are in what degree. Among many other things.
Regarding the fact you said In some places a person can be a Libra or a Scorpio you are right but you can't be two signs at once. You have a Sun sign and you have a Rising sign.
I'm thinking maybe the person who was born on that date was born at ONE place. At ONE time right?
Therefore wherever they were born is what they are.
