When you find out what your birth chart (what tells you where your Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are according to house and sign) you use the date you were born, the time, and the city you were born in. Does that answer your question? :D
I'm guessing you are a Virgo, but that is just your Sun sign, there's so much more!
