Would a person be perfect if his/her sun and moon were opposites and his/her asc!

A Libra Ascendant is actually considered one of the weaker placements because it is a congenial, diplomatic sign that balances and doesnt feel compelled to use force or take sides when necessary.
Anyway, it is rarely the case that one's Sun, Moon, Ascendant would fall in totally harmonious aspects. The more important of these 3 would be positive Sun-Moon contacts because these are the two most important planets to be considered when we talk about self-harmony.

humm we are here in this world to perfect for GOD and I can understand you wanting to guide your life using the sun and the stars and things like that I don't blame you sometimes i do that too, but you need to understand that we are here to perfect, whatever you have to change you will do it if you want to, sometimes you will feel that u have to work on it more...

sun moon opposition is not considered to be a benefic aspect.
well yea, i see where your heads at when you say that the sign lacks that the other may provide, but theyre in different realms in the first place, your inner self (sun) and your emotions (moon).
you dont need variety or something to compliment you. what you need is bridge that understanding between your emotions and your core self, and oppositions give lots of stress to this. it would be a challenge.
well about your ascendant, the next sign is not the best choice really, its more of the 2nd sign, depends on the 30 degrees where it lands.
i dont know how you came up of how this is a perfect chart, the zodiacs arent perfect in itself thats why theres 12 of them.
