Just want to know people's view on this...?!

Yes, it's also known as the precession of the equinox and Vedic astrology (also known as Sidereal/fixed/indian astrology) goes by this type. I believe it more than western/tropical astrology that everyone goes by. Some people will say "No I'm a Libra", but then they go to find out their chart and Sidereal astrology says they're a Virgo. Lots of people like the "sign" they have so they refuse to believe this. Most "astrologers" we have today will also deny it because how do you think they get their money? Although, when you look at your Sidereal chart, and people still think they're a Libra, check which sign your Mercury is in for it may still be in Libra and that's how you communicate. Also, check to see if your moon and rising signs have changed from the western astrology to vedic astrology; they might be the same as well.

Difference between western and vedic astrology? 23° off is what.

Vedic chart:
Aries: April 13 - May 14th
Taurus: May 15th - June 14th
Gemini: June 15th - July 14th
Cancer: July 15th - August 14th
Leo: August 15th - September 15th
Virgo: September 16th - October 15th
Libra: October 16th - November 14th
Scorpio: November 15th - December 14th
Sagittarius: December 15th - January 13th
Capricorn: January 14th - February 12th
Aquarius: February 13th - March 12th
Pisces: March 13th - April 12th

I'm not sure whether this article knows what it is talking about in terms of how modern astrologers calculate everything...but either way, my Sun sign is still Taurus.

It's irrelevent.
