Saturn is most comfortable in the tenth house so your career may become more stable; but not without problems because Saturn is a disciplinarian. The position of SATURN in 10th house alone cannot alone judge your working capacity or success therefrom (in terms of under-reward, over-reward or just-reward). The quantum of reward is fixed by the 11th lord and the ratio it holds with the Lord of the 10th house, and the same must be derived from the DASAMANSH Chart of the Native, which does not remain the same on 4th February each year, and for all the 24 hour thereof and for all the places in this huge world. All the factors must be taken and considered, and then interpreted in proper perspective.
For example, if SATURN happens to have occupied the 10th place which incidentally was the zodiac sign of ARIES, and the lord of the 11th house (TAURUS) , that is VENUS happens to be in the Third house in VIRGO alone, and is not aspected by any other benevolent Planet then the Native is bound to have LOW REWARD FOR ALL HIS LABOUR, and further he will always remain in search of JOB SATISFACTION.
So nothing should be generalised on just a single occupation of a particular Planet. The aggregate view should always be taken for meaningful analysis and clue.
