Generally indicates parental issues, as in perhaps parents were not getting along at time of birth, or there were troublesome issues within the family and home maters, or isues dealing with grandparents.

Interesting question, I was born on a full moon Nov night... I sometimes do find myself quite aggressive not to other people but to me. Not sure of any other significance under influence of a full moon...

You are either a Cancer with Capricorn moon, or a Leo with Aquarius moon. People with Sun opposite Moon are not necessarily passive-aggressive, but the theory is that you will tend to flip back and forth between acting like your sun sign (which if it's Cancer or Leo, is pretty warm hearted and emotional) and your moon sign (and both Capricorn and Aquarius are relatively cool and objective). So you could seem passive aggressive since you probably run hot and cold.
