INTENSITY is the key word here...everything, looks (especially the eyes), mannerisms, verbal communication. This woman is one emotional powerhouse but what you see is not exactly what you get..on the outside, it's all calmness and polite smiles. She gives nothing away easily and her looks are almost inscrutable but there is always an underlying quiet intensity about her.
