Why should opposite signs have anything in common?!
Question: I don't know what opposite signs have in common, but many seem to share similar traits. However that makes no sense to me. Maybe they only compliment eachother because they are the exact difference of eachother.

Opposing signs do not have anything in common, this is why they are opposing. But I do know what you are talking about. I think you are noticing the dramatic attraction in friendship and love with opposing signs. This is because what one sign doesn't have, the other does. This makes them fit together like puzzle pieces. Unfortunately, opposing signs work better as friends than they do in love. For love, they often like the initial attraction, and then get fed up after that.

i think they share few similarities but ya mostly complimenting each other which makes it a comfortable environment....I'm a cancer and capricorns are my opposites....but i enjoy their company and we both understand each others senses of humor
Taurus and Scorpio are opposites also but they also can share a good friendship...they can learn from each other by being so different;-)

Gemini is elementary basic school , Sagittarius is higher level college.
These are just some ideas as to the make-up of each signs.

Ha. Today I had a thought. It was about Gemini and Sagittarius. I realized that these opposites both like to travel. Gemini like trips. Sagittarius like adventures. Both love traveling.
